AMD Upgrade For A Friend

I have a friend who is looking at upgrading his computer. He has 2 hard drives, Windows 7 32bit, a coolermaster RS450-ACLY 450w psu and ATI 4850 vid card. Please let me know if you see any problem with his choices, or if you have any better suggestions.

A 450 w PSU is minimum for the ATI 4850 video card. That model of Cooler Master isn't even listed on their web site which tells me it's an older model. Your friend should think about a new PSU in the 500w range.

So the cpu/mobo/ram all look ok?
