Ok I got this fixed a few days ago, but didn't had time to come back here and report.
Thanks to everyone, my new PC is running smoothly now. Special props go out to glc and khalil, I followed your recommendations on the hardware for the new build, and I am not disapointed! The only thing i would change is the mobo, it doesn't have much room for PCI cards and no firewire, and the sonata case has plenty of room for a bigger board. I'm actually thinking of getting a new mobo right away, just so i have more PCI slots I could use. What would you recommend? running Win7 64-bit and going to use this system for editing HD videos in Premiere Pro CS4 64-bit. Thanks! |
