Help building a pc

As I am sure you will be able to tell by my horrendous set up here. I am new to building a pc. I am just wondering how far off I am with this set up. I am looking for a good set up now with the possibility to upgrade it in the future. I would really appreciate any help. I have a few months left in iraq and would like to get my pc started when i get back...thanks

Wait till you get back and repost at that time for current components, the market will be quite different at that time. I also would use Newegg instead of Tiger Direct.

As it stands now, I'd either use a socket 1156 setup or get a 3x2 ram kit - and lose that Ultra power supply. I'd also use a WD Black instead of a Seagate and you forgot an optical drive.
