Hi All Im Building A comp will i have any issues with these parts?

Probably. G.skill ram does not get along well with P55 chipsets for some reason.

What is its purpose and your budget?
870 instead. Same price, clocked higher. Although Silverstone is not bad, I would get a 550 watt Antec, Corsair or Seasonic instead. You need to choose a graphics card and an OS.
