Need Help!

Ok, My video card died and I need help with this dilemma.I built my computer almost 3 years ago, sadly I haven't kept up with new parts since then.

Rosewill R103A Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with 350W Power Supply.
Gigabyte S-series GA-M57SLI-S4 Mother Board
AMD Dual Core 64 bit Processor (I don't remember the processor correctly but I am pretty sure that's close).
320 Gig HDD
2 Gigs of Ram.
XFX GeForce 8600 GT 256 MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16(this is the one that died on me.)

I was looking into this Power Supply Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
Also I saw these video cards, but I would like some recommendation.

I only have about 150-200 dollars for the video card and power supply so I have limited funds. Help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The Corsair PSU is excellent - and don't forget the rebate and the promo code!

I'd recommend one of these 2 video cards:

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100287L Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity
Newegg.com - ASUS ENGT240/DI/512MD5/A GeForce GT 240 512MB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Cool, thanks for your help! I'll be getting the ASUS, since I've heard good things about them. Unless you don't think it's good, but that shouldn't be the issue if you suggested it. =]
