my budget is around 700-1000CAN

i will be using it for starcraft 2 mainly but i will be using it to run alot of CAD software, compiling C. I'm an engineering student.

i was going to order off of tigerdirect.ca probably, but other suggestions would be considered

You have picked old Socket 775 technology. The power supply is also obsolete, as will be the CD drive and probably the case.

Should be in the low $900's CDN.

PROBLEMS with a NEW BUILD? Try This!!

The most common errors are improper motherboard mounting and failure to connect all required power leads.
