you dont need the 1600 ram, but the price is great for that ram imo.

photoshop is heavy on the CPU, so your graphics card should bee to much trouble, but i might recommend something a little more powerful.

The cycles per second is not the only factor that allows a CPU to do more work. The chips architecture is a huge factor.

No, the vid card is compatable; there just may be some better options:

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-R467ZL-1GI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

or

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-R545OC-512I Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 512MB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card

The first one is not low profile, but I don't think you'll need a low profile card in a mid tower case.

It's the length, not the height of the more powerful graphics cards that can be a problem for some midsized cases. Some online reviews give the length as does the manufacturers website if you dig deep enough.

The 4650 should be good enough for Photoshop. However, if you are going to use a video card, buying a motherboard with onboard video is a bit of a waste.
