I would go with a high quality 650W like a Seasonic, Corsair or Antec! I would also look at an Asus motherboard instead of that Gigabyte, unless you already bought it, also Seagate is not recommended we recommend Western Digital on this forum.

We also discourage G.skill memory, especially the Ripjaws. It's been having quality and compatibility issues with P55 boards. Go with Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, or A-Data.

The LX is the entry level board. The other one adds eSATA and Firewire. Neither one has USB 3.0 or SATA 6.0. This one would actually be my choice:
Newegg.com - ASUS P7P55D-E LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard |

I would go for this PSU instead of the one you listed. That Antec is a good unit but this Corsair has a single 12v rail which most are recommending in this forum.
CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
