PSU and Tower Advice

It has been a while since I have built a pc and I am way behind on the technology. I am building this pc for a friend at work. They will be surfing the internet via dialup and a little bit of Word and Exel. They dont need a monster pc. His old pc went bad but the moniter, keyboard, mouse, hard drive and optical drive are still good. We will be using XP, so please let me know if any of the parts are not compatible with XP. This is what I have came up with:

COOLER MASTER ELITE 335 RC-335-KKN1-GP Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $49.99
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER ELITE 335 RC-335-KKN1-GP Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

ASUS M4A785-M AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Model #:M4A785-M $69.99
Newegg.com - ASUS M4A785-M AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor ADX250OCGQBOX $62.99
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor ADX250OCGQBOX

CORSAIR 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory
$42.
Newegg.com - CORSAIR 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model VS2GB800D2 G

I am not sure what PSU to go with or if the tower is any good. Thanks for any advice.

Good case and good parts, it is all compatible with XP. For PSU I recomend Seasonic, Antec, Corsair in the 350W range if they are not going to be gaming and adding a video card!

Excellent little power supply. What are you going to use for a modem?

what kind of HDD will you be using? if you are getting a new one, and if it is sata, you will need to use nlite to add the sata controllers for the mobo to your xp disk to get it to install. if you are using an IDE hdd, you dont have to worry about this.

btw that looks like a nice little mobo.

You don't have to use Nlite if you get a USB floppy drive - or you won't need a driver at all if you set the SATA controller to IDE mode.

IDE drives actually might need a driver if the controller is an addon and not native to the chipset.
