Do not go with the X58 setup unless you are already a computer geek and don't mind getting frustrated at spending hours trying to tweak your setup just to get it to work right. This is not something most enthusiast websites are bothering to mention. Many gamers are buying the X58 setups and getting very frustrated that it does not work correctly right out of the box. Ask Khalil, a professional builder, what his experiences are with X58 chipsets.
If you prefer a reliable computer then go with the LGA 1156/P55 setup. The major difference between the chipsets performance wise is the available bandwidth for the second graphics card. Dual channel vs triple channel RAM?...no noticeable difference. You can build a computer that plays 99% of the games at full settings, 60+ FPS and on a high resolution monitor for much less than $4500. Spend what you save on your computer on a multi-monitor setup and a great sound system. See my signature. Getting multi-monitors is like getting broadband versus dialup. You will never want to go back. There are a few more specifics you will need to know but I can help you with that.
