Time for a new build!
Hey folks,
It's been 4 years since I built a new system. I am really looking forward to this build. I really don't do much gaming anymore. I want a nice solid all around system. I want to use the below AMD processor. Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX What I want to get some advise on is what is a great mobo for this processor. I've had excellent results with Asus. I don't plan to do any overclocking and I don't need onboard video. Thanks, deck99 |

the asus m4a89td is just about the best mobo for that chip. giving you sata 6 and usb 3, with as much PCIe connectivity as an x58 chipset, without all the hassle.
