Which kit is better?

I'm trying to rebuild my pc for around $200, and I came across these kits.

Which is better, and which cpu is better for o'cing?

I'll also be getting a video card for light gaming (MW2 and Fallout New Vegas when it comes out) but thats for later.

I would say neither. Their both from TigerDirect and they sell their bundles with assorted crap parts like the PSU. At best would use those systems for a kids PC. For gaming, even light gaming, you will need at least $500 to get good parts.
