The general thought around here is to use the 1156 socket due to tweeking that needs to be done on the 1366 socket and the X58 chipset and ram. MSI has had some issues with the quailty of their motherboard.
For the Fermi video card, you want the 1gig version

If you absolutely must build a socket 1366 system, the only recommended motherboard is the Asus P6TD Deluxe.
However, I would personally build an 1156 system with one of the Asus P7P55 series boards. If you are not a gamer, why are you buying a GTX460? |
