Bad electrical connector somewhere?
Does it do only when you jiggle any wires or move it?

Crash occurs randomly, but does not seem to occur in safe mode. I have deleted various services through msconfig and the crashes ar less frequent. It does not seem to be a wiring or power issue. I also made sure all drivers were current.

I think you are on the right track, keep turning stuff off or unplug accessories until you isolate the problem.
