for overclocking, you will want a new psu that can handle that kind of demand, and will probably be more reliable.

i would also recommend a phenom II BE cpu. the unlocked multiplier makes overclocking alot simpler.

Time out - stay OUT of Tiger Direct! Ultra PSU's are GARBAGE.

The 9800GT is now 3 generations old.

Why did you buy 2 low end hard drives?

Yea forgot to update PSU, just found a Crosair 650W for $62. As for the GPU i just saw it on tiger direct's black friday 2 and threw it in there, i don't think i was actually gunna get it lol (was gunna get 1 at a later time cuz new mobo has built in Radeon HD 4250 and thats good enough for me atm).
The hard drives were fairly cheap considering their western digital's (listed at $100 ea ) and im probibly only going to use for data as eventually i will get a SSD .

you can get a 1tb sata 6gbps wd caviar black from newegg for 99 bucks every day...

mind you that integrated 4250 will not even come close to a stand alone version of the same card due to the fact that it uses slower and shared system memory rather than dedicated memory, and a slew of other things.

if it will hold you over for a while then sure, but dont expect to game very much =D, or use 3d heavy apps.

What for? Just get the processor that will do the job stock. Maybe think about overclocking later when it no longer does the job.

Overclocking is not for inexperienced first time builders.
