No Post and No beep on own build's first boot

I bought all the parts from newegg on Thanksgiving. Here is the list:

When I turn it on, all fans are running and I even see lights on mtb 3 green light and 1 red light. It doesn't detect the Monitor so, I tried my old working gfx card but still no luck.

I tried another test by taking out the rams and turn it on, i heard no beep. I tried it with gfx but no beep either. CLR CMOS (took out battery for 30 min) doesn't work either. I am now pretty much hopeless and clueless on which one is defective.

Any help is appreciated.
