PSU help--basic budget build

I am thinking about building a little machine to hook to my basement HDTV based on the following.

ASUS P7H55-M PRO LGA 1156 Intel H55 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Model #:P7H55-M PRO $94.99

Intel Core i3-540 Clarkdale 3.06GHz LGA 1156 73W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80616I3540 $114.99

My last similar build used a Corsair 350 watt PSU. I see Newegg doesn't sell them any more. What are people using for low noise, low powered builds these days?

I also note that in one of the threads below GLC recommended a Gigabite over an ASUS MB. I have to ask, have I stumbled into an alternative universe?

If not using a video card for the machine, you should be fine getting away with an Antec Earthwatts 380W green shown below.

Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts Green EA-380D Green 380W Continuous power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Thanks for the recommendation. Although I am becoming deaf in my old age, too many unprotected flights and too little ear protection while shooting, I don't believe in using more power supply than I need. I like my machines to be quiet, cool and efficient.

I recommended a Gigabyte for a very specific purpose. It was not a blanket recommendation.

I concur with the EA-380D recommendation.
