Upgrading My Video Card

Looking to spend ~$150. Interested in some suggestions. Prefer newegg.

It would probably be useful for you to list your current system, to make sure the new video card is compatible. Also, which video card do you have now?

Sorry about that. Completely forgot. Current system is
e8400 @ 3.0 (going to overclock to ~3.5 soon hopefully)
ep45-ud3p
diamond hd 4670
Antec 300 case
Antec 500 basiq psu

Looking for something that will give me the best bang for my buck. Doesn't have to be a Directx 11 card seeing as i doubt any games coming out in the future that i would be interested in playing will require dx11. Currently Sc2 and some older half life mods are all i play. Will be playing Diablo 3 when it comes out and possibly Guild Wars 2.

Have to see if my wife will go for the $169.99 in exchange for a mail-in rebate. I have zero experience with asus. Are they pretty good about thier rebates?

Is PCI-e 2.1 compatiable with my now outdated board?
