won't start

Hi,

I just put together my first computer and it won't start up. I checked the power cords, flipped the switch on the back of the PS, pushed the start button on the case and the fan lights come on, and the fans turn for a second and then the computer turns off. Does anyone have any idea why? Also all the Phase LED's 1,2,3 and 4 lite at the same time and then go off.

My parts: Antec 900 case, a Gigabyte P55A-UD3 MB, i5 Processor with a Hyper 212 plus cooler , 2 x 2 GB Corsair DDR3 ram, Radeon HD 4670 Sapphire Graphics Card, Blaster Audigy SE sound card; 1 TB Western Digital caviar Black HD and a 550 Corsair power supply.
