New PC, no power?

Hi everyone,

I just finished building my new PC and this has happened:

I turned the power on and got a long beep followed by three short beeps. Looked it up and mentioned that my RAM sticks were incorrectly placed, so I changed the placement of the ram sticks, powered back on and nothing happened. Not even the fans or the mobo LEDs turned on. If the PSU hadn't worked earlier (fans were turning, LEDs were on) I would think the PSU is broken but this seems VERY unlikely since it was the third power on and the first 2 worked fine (up to the beeping for the RAM).

I have a Scythe Stronger 600W PSU and an ASUS P7P55 LX mobo.

Anybody have any tips/ideas?
