nvidia GTX460 has stutter issues?

I was browsing the nvidia forums doing researching on GTX460 that I'm interested in getting but seems there's a stuttering issue with the video card that relates to a driver issue of some sort, is this a prevalent thing, or people posting on the forums just got a bad batch?

The only GTX 460 I would buy is this one for the reasons you described and what my limited experience with the card has been. 3 different manufacturers and this was the only one that did not do that.

Asus ENGTX460
Newegg.com - ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU TOP/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

i have that exact card jdeb, and i must say i am extremely happy with it.. although im not running at the highest resolutions possible by the card by any means (i use a 32" 720p tv as a monitor 1366x768 EEWWW) everything runs amazingly well on max/ultra settings. few games i have played with those settings:

crysis+crysis expantion @ max settings: average 50+fps
CoD black ops @ ultra 60+ fps solid
WoW @ ultra 60+ solid
SCII @ ultra 60+ solid

i benchmarked these a while back, and this is off the top of my head. the card is a great deal imo. i have never had a problem with it.
