Failing at building my pc

Hello, firstly I'd like to say thank you for the detailed tutorial on building. I wouldn't have got to this stage without it.

Secondly my story, my friend said he would help me build my new pc from scratch. But he decided not to help and now I'm back at uni trying by myself. I have no idea what I'm talking about so will need need some help with it.

My problem is that when I power it on I get no 'bos' screen (I think that's correct) and the pc just beeps quickly at me.

As I can tell I've managed to put everything in the right place, the power light comes on and the fans begin to spin. I know this is hard to help over a forum but do you suggest I continue to try or take it in to a repair shop?

I hope that's everything you need, do you need a list of what I have? I do know that it's all compatible, that much I know. Please help I'm hair pulling ahaa

on an iPhone so excuse grammar and puncuation.

Follow all the steps in the first post of this thread, then come back with a report.

Feel free to ask any questions about the steps involved.
