First Build. Is it all compatible?

Heya. Figured I'd piece together my own computer for the first time! Being a student I'm on a highly limited budget, <£400 preferably. Still have to buy OS and monitor see. The point is to be able to play some games, although by no means am I expecting miracles. If my calculations are correct the following build should be able to run pretty much everything although definitely not on highest settings. My question is though, is it all compatible? I have researched but since it's my first time I prefer to double check with people more knowledgable. Any other general tips or suggestions? Cheers

AMD Athlon II X4 640 Socket AM3 3GHz 2MB L2 Cache Retail Boxed Processor

ASUS M4A78LT-M LE AMD 760G Socket AM3 DVI VGA Out 8 CHannel Audio MATX Motherboard

Corsair 2GB DDR3 1333MHz Memory Module Unbuffered

Sapphire HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDMI DisplayPort HDCP PCI-E Graphics Card

Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB SATAII 7200RPM 16MB Cache - OEM Caviar Blue

Plexus SATA 2.0 to right angle SATA 7-pin Cable (Red) 46cm / 18"

LiteOn IHAS124-19 24x DVD±RW DL & RAM SATA Optical Drive - OEM Black with Nero Essentials

Antec VP450P 450W PSU - 120mm Fan

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium - Licence and media - 1 PC - OEM - DVD - 64-bit - English

Black Micro ATX Case - No PSU

Oh this build costs about £375, so pretty solid as far as I can tell.

2 comments - you should buy a dual channel ram kit instead of a single module, and you don't need the SATA cable, the motherboard should come with 2. As long as you are buying 64 bit Windows, get a 2x2 ram kit for 4gb total.

If you want an improvement, a WD Black drive is a bit faster and has a longer warranty.
