I dont have a power supply picked out because i did not know how.
So is there any compatilibility issues??? Is the anything that i dont have??? and is there anything that i can change to make it cheaper w/o affecting my gaming performance?

Then change that ridiculously noisy hard drive for a WD Caviar Black, the difference in speed is pretty negligible, unlike the difference in price.

An Asus optical drive will be better than an MSI one.

Hope you have factored in the price of the OS.

You can drop the heatsink listed. Retail box CPUs come with one stock. Not a huge savings, but about $40 with shipping. Beyond that, to drop the price much more you would have to sacrifice Sandy Bridge or a bit of quality.

Your video card is suggested 450W, but the processor is a 95W draw so a quality 500w should work. I might go 550W for upgrade headroom, but it isn't needed.

This OCZ should do the trick at $65.

I have some issues with most of those components. Would you please give us a budget for the system - the case, all contents, and the operating system?

I show this as just under $800 shipped after rebates and promo codes.

With that said, for GAMING I wouldn't necessarily go Sandy Bridge. I'd probably go with an i3 1156 build with a P55 chipset and take the savings and get a stronger video card. Sorry about the expensive motherboard, but the one under it has 2 reviews, both bad - and we have a good report on the Pro from a member who is a professional builder.

Ok thanks alot, it all sounds good except would it be possible to get a smaller hard drive? I only use my computers hard drive for a couple games so im sure i wont need 500gb. Would this work?

It would work just fine. You would be losing a bit of speed on loading time for games, but it wouldn't be extremely noticeable. A black would be a good upgrade at some point. Probably the next upgrade after ram if you feel the need later on.

I apologize - I forgot to add the operating system! Back to the drawing board.........

I have a reason for specifying that Black hard drive - it has a 5 year warranty and it's really less than $20 more than the Blue you are looking at. I'm not trying to force capacity on you, it's a reliability and speed issue. It's the smallest Black they make.

Newegg.com - ASUS P7P55D-E LX LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Newegg.com - Intel Core i3-540 Clarkdale 3.06GHz 4MB L3 Cache LGA 1156 73W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80616I3540

After rebates you should be just a hair under $800.
