Question Gaming Rig

Hi I want to build a gaming rig but I have never built a rig before. I have done some research but I have no idea what I need to get brand wise. My budget is $650.

Thanks

You could take a look at this thread and get some inspiration. His budget is a bit lower, so you could change some things, possibly a better CPU or mobo

Posting what you are going to play, what kind of graphics you want, what you already have etc. could also help a bit

I am planning to play Call of duty Black Ops or MW2 and I also have a copy of Modern Warfare. But I am really building this rig for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Although Hitachis are no longer Deathstars, I'd still change that drive to a Western Digital Caviar Black. I don't do AMD builds, but just based on manufacturer's quality ratings, I'd also change the mobo to an Asus or at least a Gigabyte.

It may be either. Do you have a link to it so that we can see?
