SATA Question
Fairly new build with Win XP. Could not get my SATA drive to set up as SATA so I set it up as IDE as suggested on this forum. I plan to do a clean install with Windows 7 and am wondering if I need to go back into the BIOS to reset drive to SATA. If so, at what point in the install process should I do this? Or, will the Win 7 install take care of this automatically??

You shouldn't have a problem setting it to AHCI with Windows 7. Do it before you install.
