Ram - Newegg.com - G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ

Yes and no. It will work, but it's only a dual channel board and ram should only be installed in pairs.

Now - I have a problem with both of your choices. The Socket 1155 boards have all been recalled for a chipset defect. I would NOT build with one till April when the revised boards are available. When you do, we highly recommend Asus over Biostar. Also, G.skill ram has been having quality and compatibility issues recently, and we recommend Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, or A-Data.
