It's all compatible. What are you going to be using it for?

There is just one change that I would make....
Newegg.com - CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model TW3X4G1333C9A G

I just would not go through TigerDirect. I know we sound like Newegg cheerleaders sometimes but they really are good and to put it nicely, TigerDirect is not as nice to people.

I need to get glc a cheerleading outfit with a big "N" on his chest and some pom poms made from SATA cable.

RAM is getting so cheap now we could almost start paving roads with it.

Are you a gamer? The 5850 is more expensive and not as fast as the gtx 560, unless your planing a 3 monitor setup I would go for the 560.

I would also spend more on the motherboard and get a P7P55D-E Pro. The LX board doesn't handle SATA 6.0 and USB 3.0 properly.

Nothing wrong with A-Data ram, but it's not $85, it's in the low 40's. If you were planning on getting 2 kits, get a single 4gb x2 kit instead.

You are getting ripped off on that 5850 - that's a $195 card at Newegg. If you upgrade the motherboard, you can get a 6870 or a 560ti for less than $250 and keep your cost the same.

yes I am, and that's what I'm planning on using the computer for.
Thank you for the suggestion

Ok great, so could you give me links to these products or tell me where to get them? I'm not really a tech wiz haha

Is this the one you're talking about?
Newegg.com - SPARKLE SX560T1024D5MH GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

The fastes gtx 560 on the market right now is the gigabyte SOC version, I like it better than the sparkle because I trust Gigabyte more than them. Gigabyte is not exactly recommended on this site, but their 560 is all hand selected chips and has been beefed up to hand the 1ghz factory clock. Currently it is the best bang for the buck I have found in that price range.

So if I buy everything on this list, put everything together, and install the necessary software, will I be good to go? Do i need to buy two of something or anything like that (and I know I have to buy the peripherals). Would I need to buy coolers or anything?

Also, if I do plan on having a 2 monitor set up, will that change anything?

Thanks guys, this is a huge help.

Everything you need will come with what you are ordering, except a screwdriver. The video card supports 2 monitors.

You are missing an optical drive.

Newegg.com - LITE-ON Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA CD/DVD Burner - Bulk - CD / DVD Burners
