The power supply is not really of importance at this time

The Os will be Wndows 7 64bit

Just wanted some feedback on my choices and possibly some better options, and an estimate of performance gaming functionality wise.

Replace the Gigabyte with an Asus.
Use standard XMS3 Corsair ram, and buy a dual channel kit, not single modules.
120gb is nowhere near enough these days.
Power supply is EXTREMELY important.
