dell dimension 8100

I really need help in rebuilding a 8100. I reassembled 2. One was successful, one was not. For #2 I have warning tones, both power lights are steady green, no video. The board has 4 usb, one serial, one parallel No nic, no audio. APG video card with two cutouts, one near the port, one near the opposit end. The slot has one position bar to correspond with the front cut out, next to the green latch. The audio and nic cards are generic. I have never had to hunt for drivers for any card mouse, printer, scanner, optical drive, or hdd. I have reloaded the OS, XP PRO, in the past. Without video I have no idea if I need to again. I loaded the OS and programs onto 3 western digital hdds, one 80 and 2 40s on THIS tower. All three work on this tower as well as #1 the 40 gig. The other 40 is for #2. I can use any help offered.
