New Build for a friend
My buddy wants to build a pc and asked me for help. The parts list looks good to me, but I wanted to get some expert opinion before I tell him to buy - it's been a while since I did this. He's going for a decent (but low cost) gaming computer. Any input would be appreciated, thanks:

how much does he want to spend? does he have an os or other parts?
gskill isnt the best right now corsiar adata or kingston are better. with a price i could help more. the case looks good you shouldnt need a cpu cooler unless you want to do overclocking. Asus has much better quality than biostar cant really recommend much without a approximate budget.

sorry forgot to post a budget. Without the fan and the coolant we're at $380, he wants to spend $450 max. We're going with a 32bit version of Windows 7 Professional.
