Building new PC for games but not much

hi everyone .. in fact, im looking for super computer performance and bear the cold but i looked for much in the Gigabyte motherboard and some other pieces so i have to choose manufacturers and budgets $1,350

and these companies and the pieces that i intend to purchase them

Processor: from intel

Motherboards: from Gigabyte

Hard Drive: from Western Digital

Display card: from NVIDIA

as well as the following pieces i intend to buy, but i want to know what is appropriate for them

Note: my work on the computer is for editing and design the games is not so much a matter of
