Build For Dad

My Dad has asked me to put a parts list together and come up with a final price for a computer for him. He does not do anything that requires a lot of processing power. Internet, play free cell and maybe watch a dvd on computer/stream video. I would like to keep the price around $500 +/- $100. I have a few parts picked out but I will take any suggestions to get the best bang for the buck.

CPU
Newegg.com - Intel Core i3-2100 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz 2 x 256KB L2 Cache 3MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I32100

Case
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Elite 310 RC-310-BKR2-GP Black with blue front panel Steel Body / ABS plastic front bezel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 420W Power Supply

HDD
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD6402AAEX 640GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Video card
Newegg.com - PNY VCGGT4301XPB GeForce GT 430 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card

Ram??
Newegg.com - A-DATA 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AD3U1333B2G9-DRH

Any suggestions for a mobo and dvd burner would be great. Going to go with Windows 7, OEM for full retail? Any changes are welcome.
Thanks,
James

No need for a video card, the i3-2100 has on-chip graphics and the P8H61-M has the required ports.

The PSU in that case is poor quality.

Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts Green EA-380D Green 380W Continuous power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

You don't need a SATA 6.0 hard drive.

Looks good James, your Dad will like it. The video is crisp and clean. Video stream will be nice and not jerky as long as he has a decent internet connection. It is kind of impressive if you ask me, the K series is a touch better but what he is using it for, I would not bother.

No, it means the CPU has an unlocked multiplier which is what you would want if you want to overclock.
