Everything looks fine, but I'd return the hard drive if possible and buy a SATA 6.0 version of the WD Black.
Make sure you get the i7-2600K, not the i7-870. |

Figure on an operating system which is another 100 bucks.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-986-_-Product Overclocked graphics cards don't give you much percentage wise....maybe a 10% gain at the very best. Also consider that overclocked cards are more thermally stressed. If you want a noticeably faster card then consider a 580. If your budget does not allow for this then cut back on the cost of your case, get a less expensive motherboard, 4 gigs of RAM, a 650 watt PSU and a smaller hard drive. Your rig would still work just fine giving you a faster graphics card and therefore a faster gaming rig. I have not added up the differences so I don't know how much if any additional money you would have to pay to get the 580. It might be worth it though.

If you are using this as a game SERVER, you don't need a high end video card!
If it's going to run 24/7, you might want to exchange that case for one of the Coolermaster HAF cases. You might also consider the Sabertooth P67 motherboard because it has a built-in cooling system. |

Your power supply will handle any single video card on the planet.

From another thread, however the advice applies to you also. You can probably start reading where I bold and underlined.
