Need a compatibility check

Hi guys,

So my motherboard fried last night and would like to buy replacement parts tonight to get them as soon as possible.

I currently have:
CPU: Intel E6750 @ 3.2GHz
GFX: EVGA 8800GTS 320MB ACS3
PSU: Corsair 520HX

With a fried Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R

My RAM is DDR2 which I hear isn't compatible with a DDR3 motherboard so I'm wondering if the following two products would suit me well or whether I should consider something else.

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P45T-ES3G LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Many thanks!
