Which of these 2 grafic cards?

Hello guys. i wanted to ask you wich of these 2 grafic cards should i buy

You are right at the recommended minimum for either card with that power supply. If you haven't bought it yet, I'd recommend a 650TX instead. The CX series is not made by a high quality OEM like the TX series.
