There is a stickied thread about power supplies and it has a couple of links to PSU calculators.

What Power Supply should I get? How many Watts? Who made it? Guide Inside.

Note: These calculators aren't 100% fool-proof. But they can be a good guide to see if you are in the right ballpark.

Edit #2: Good catch Tin, I skimmed too quickly and saw geforce 9800. Sorry about that. Deleted my advice - use what Tin and David said.

The Radeon 9800 is AGP, it wont work in that motherboard. You need a PCI Express video card, or use the onboard.

Unless you buy a really weak PCIe card, your PSU will not be powerful enough. The manufacturers of the cards state on their websites the minimum PSU power requirements for their cards and which PSU's they certify as being adequate. I would trust that over the sites that calculate the power requirements by formula because the manufacturers have actually tested a particular PSU with a particular card.

Correct the video card issue, then we can tell you for sure. With onboard video - yes, no problem. If you haven't bought the parts yet, I'd recommend you replace that Asrock board with an Asus. If you are building a gamer, no, you will need a stronger power supply to support an appropriate video card.

Thank you all for the replies.

@Tin, Thanks for pointing the AGP card issue.I probably will use the onboard graphics for a while.

@ David - Yeah, I also thought the same. I will upgrade the PSU and get a new card some time in the future.

@ glc - Asrock has better ratings compared to Asus. Thats why I am going for that. Or if you don't mind, can you find one Asus mobo for me?

@Hippo08 - Thant link is good to get an overall view. Thanks..

Asus has better reliability and customer support ratings by the professional builders who have built thousands of computers.
