no signal to the monitor!!! need help!!!
so i recently just built a computer i just bought with everything brand new. i got everything setup right but the only problem i have is getting signal to my monitor. if anyone could plz help, much thankz.

When this happens, you need to take the motherboard out of the case, place it on a non conductive surface and do an out of case test. This will show if the motherboard is DOA or the possiblity something inside the case is touch the motherboard and causing it to short.
Before you do this though, make sure all your power supply connectore are connected and secure, many people forget to connect the P4 connector which feeds power to the processor, without that, you will get no VGA This link will give you detailed instructions on how to do the out of case test PROBLEMS with a NEW BUILD?
