BIOS: Hard disk not detected!
hey,
I put my first pc together with all new parts except my dvd drive and hard drive. Now after I read: ''Adapter 1 Disks Information: AHCI Mode No hard disk is detected!'' it fails to boot, I get like a 1 sec blue screen But when I go to BIOS -> Advanced Mode -> SATA configuration I see SATA3G_4 detecting my dvd drive 5: ST31000333AS (1000,2 GB) this is my 1 tera Seagate HD So its like detecting it and not detecting it? Worth noting is I also tried an old 180 and 60G SATA3 HD and all 3 of these HDs are off PCs that died; virusses, hardware failure Maybe all of these HDs have just bitten the dust? |
