Replace the Ripjaws with Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, or A-Data ram.

You forgot a video card, the P67 doesn't have integrated video, you would need a H67 to use the Sandy Bridge integrated graphics, which is not suitable for gaming.

You are spending too much for both the case and power supply for a system in that budget range. You also don't have a hard drive or optical drive listed.

That video card is rubbish and obsolete. You still have not told us what you plan on using it for some advice will be very limited!

Buddy want to replace his PC, so I said I could put together something new for around $500. Plan on taking his HDD out of the old PC n placing it in this one, so no need to buy another HDD or OS.

You dont need a video card at all, that chipset has a great onboard video and the processor was made for graphics, on the other hand if he wants to game with it that video card sucks, yes that 450 card will work well
it will game ok, nothing high end.

That's less than $500 and you can take advantage of some rebates. You can also drop the optical drive if you already have one. The H67 motherboard can use the integrated video of the i5 so you don't need a graphics card either.
