I would want a better video card even if I were to lower my CPU.
For example:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115078
Newegg.com - EVGA 012-P3-1571-KR GeForce GTX 570 HD w/Display-Port (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TZ68A+ LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
This will give you a much better gaming rig.

Get a Z68 motherboard from Asus, Gigabyte, or MSI, Biostar is acceptable if you need a CHEAP board. Get Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, or A-Data 1.5 volt ram. Get a WD or Hitachi hard drive, SATA 6.0 and 64mb cache preferred.
