New gaming build, need comments

So this will be my 2nd complete build. I've been looking around and wanna get a higher end machine without breaking the bank.
Here's what I've got so far. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or changes. The main toss up I have is in the GPU; will going 6950 give me noticeably improved performance on games over the 6870?

HD: Newegg.com - HITACHI Deskstar 7K3000 HDS723015BLA642 (0F12114) 1.5TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
PSU: Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts EA750 750W Continuous Power ATX12V version 2.3 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC "compatible with Core i7/Core i5" Power Supply
RAM: Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL
MOBO: Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TP67XE (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
GPU: Newegg.com - XFX HD-687A-ZDFC Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity
CPU: Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500K
Case: Newegg.com - NZXT Apollo Black SECC Steel Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

I've also been debating between the 3.3 ghz or the 3.1 ghz i5 to save some cash. Any tweaks to this list to maybe save some cash in one place (like 600W PSU instead of 750W) to put it for a better other thing (GPU). The goal is Battlefield 3 maxed out.

Thanks in advance guys.

Not much, 7.3%. It's a 50.19 score versus 46.54.

We do not recommend G-Skill Ram here. Look into Crucial, Kingston, Corsair and A-DATA

XFX video cards are less than desirable, for an ATI I recommend Asus, Diamond, Sapphire and HIS.

Biostar is ok but if you going to fork all that money on that CPU and video card, I recommend spending extra and getting an Asus motherboard, it is well worth it.
