Barebones kit
I just got a kit from Tigerdirect w/aZotac GF 6100 F-E Socket AM3 Mobo , AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.8 Ghz AM3 CPU and a Diablotek case . The case arrived with the back plate bent out of shape so there is no way I can get the Mobo in the case . This was assembled like that and did not happen in shipping ! Diablotek has no quality control and the case is a cheap piece of crap ! The mobo clearly states that a CPU max wattage is 65 Wt , the Athlon is 95 watt. Tigerdirect really sucks , this the last time I will order any thing from them ! I am not an expert in hardware but I don't think I can use a 95 watt CPU with a 65 w socket . Is that correct ? AMD has several 65 w CPU s so I will attempt cHange to a 910e or a 610e .

I may sticky this thread. We try to tell people not to buy from them because of distressed merchandise. Send it back, give us a budget and we will help you build with quality components.

Zotac products rival ECS in poor quality, those 2 brands ought to be banned from the market.
Tigerdirect buying from them is like buying from the mob, talk about a crap shoot!

Dumbeg I just put together my frist build. As far as buying parts, I used newegg. They were here in 2 days, and nothing was damaged in the shipping process. Also they have all sorts of promotions where you can save a ton of money, plus free shipping is always nice.
