new build in a very long time . need your help

hello guys
i have been lurking around here to try find out what should i go for since i have not build a pc in years . and after reading some of your recommendations , i picked up some parts , but need help with others .
my old pc cant edit 1080P HD videos files from my video cam . and that i need an upgrade , i might as well get something that can play some video games ( MW2 , racing games , etc ).
here is a list of prats first and i will ask questions later
Product Description

TSD-750AAEX :: Western Digital WD7502AAEX Caviar Black Hard Drive - 750GB, SATA 6Gbps, 7200 RPM, 64MB

C13-5702 :: Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB PC12800 DDR3 RAM - 1600MHz, 2x4096MB, Non-ECC, Unbuffered

C13-2800 :: Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2 Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 Power Supply - 650 Watts, ATX, 140mm Fan, 80 Plus Bronze, SLI Ready, Active PFC

A455-3050 :: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO Intel Z68 Motherboard - ATX, Socket H2 (LGA1155), Intel Z68 Express, DDR3 2200MHz (O.C.), SATA 6.0 Gb/s, RAID, 8-CH Audio, Gigabit LAN, USB 3.0, Bluetooth, CrossFireX/SLI Ready

I69-2500K :: Intel Core i5-2500K BX80623I52500 Unlocked Processor - Quad Core, 6MB L3 Cache, 1MB L2 Cache, 3.30 GHz (3.70 GHz Max Turbo), Socket H2 (LGA1155), 95W.

so here is what i would like to know .
1: knowing that i dont care for loading times for windows/apps/games , but i would still like to have run smooth once they are loaded , with that being said , is it safe not to consider a SSD HD?
2: what is a good cpu cooling fan if i am not considering overclocking anytime soon .
3: knowing that i will only run ONE monitor and almost no hardcore multi tasking , what video card should i get that can run new video games smoothly and still dont pay big bux for it .
4:there is something else i wanted to ask ,, but i cant remember what it is ,, i am sure it will come to me later .

TIA
jacob

1. What you could do is get a 40gb Intel 320 SSD and run it in caching mode with your regular hard drive. This will improve performance.

2. The stock fan is fine for now, get an aftermarket if and when you overclock if you can't keep the temps down.

3. What is your video card budget?

If your software can take advantage of CUDA, you would want a Nvidia card.

1 . i will do that . but i could not find intel 40 gb at tigerdirect.ca ( i have a corp .an account ) they only have corsair . but i can always pick it up locally 2. does the cpu comes with a fan and heat-sink in the the box????
3. i think i am okay ~$200 for a video card , i followed your link , and i think i am going with the radeon 5770 , but again for some reason , its only avilable with visiontek?is that ok? (VisionTek Radeon HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 PCIe
DVI/HDMI)

or should i go out of my way and just try and get everything from newegg.ca?
you prolly already know that by now ,, but i am on ontario canada .
thank you again glc

Yes, the CPU comes with a stock heatsink.

Buy the Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256bit GDDR5 PCIe at TigerDirect.ca

Buy the EVGA GeForce GTX 560 SuperClocked 1GB GDDR5 PCIe at TigerDirect.ca
