Help with new build

I have built a couple of pc's before but by no means am I an expert. That being the case, I have spent some time reviewing some of the recommended builds, and I would appreciate your critique of my parts list for this build. I am not a big gamer, but I do want an extremely fast day to day and video editing computer and I'm willing to spend the money to get it. I am not intending to get crazy with overclocking, but I may eventually as a means of extending the life of this computer once it is no longer the latest hardware.

All good, except I'd recommend an Intel 510 SSD instead of the Crucial for reliability reasons.

Thanks guy's!

I havent seen any evals that compare the Intel and Crucial SSD, so how do they compare on performance?

What do you think about the Nvidia 8800gt as compared to the on board video on the ASUS motherboard?

It depend's if you like to game if you do I would recomend the card in the link below and it is a really good card for the money and it has a Lifetime warranty just make sure to register it with in the first 30 days and you'll be fine also EVGA is a Company that really stands behind the stuff they make and more so then anyother Graphic's Card maker I have found.

Buy the EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti SuperClocked Ed 1GB GDDR5 at TigerDirect.ca

As for the SSD's, Intel's are reputed for reliability. Crucial is reputed for unreliability. Another SSD to consider is the OCZ Vertex 3 120GB. It's on sale for $200 today/for the upcoming week(s).

You may or may not need Windows Ultimate. The vast majority of people do not. Here are the differences between the versions....
Compare Windows - Microsoft Windows

Are there any performance differences between Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate?

None whatsoever. The only differences are features.
