Pissed Fresh build, loaded with problems.. HELP!

Hello..
I just built this computer and installed full version Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. And it randomly freezes, consistently. After every reboot, within 5-10 minutes it freezes. I've checked the event viewer and there are no serious logs.

Specs:
*Asus P8P67 DELUXE LGA1155/ Intel P67/ DDR3/ Quad. Motherboard

*OCZ GOLD 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz PC3 10666

*Intel Core i7 Processor i7-2600 3.4GHz 8MB LGA1155 CPU

*W0388RU Thermaltake TR2 600W V2.2 Power Supply

*NVIDIA GeForce GT430 1024MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 Video Cards (2 of them)

This computer is being dedicated as an audio editing workstation for composing to film. So I have 2 monitors currently hooked up to 1 of the gt430 cards, eventually I'll have a third monitor, but total system is useless until the freezing stops..

Keep in mind this is a fresh build, everything is brand new, no access to the internet, everything is turned on for the first time in it's life!

1. OCZ ram has a history of incompatibilities and quality control issues. Using 4 modules just makes it worse. Go to Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool and download memtest86+, burn the iso, boot with it, and test the ram.

2. That power supply is not certified for multiple graphics cards.

I'd take a look at cpu temperature, you can check this in the BIOS as well as with a program in windows such as Speedfan. If it is overheating, make sure that the heatsink is firmly attached.

I'd also make sure that the bios is updated to latest version.

The power supply should have no problem running GT430s since they are pretty low end htpc type video cards that have low power requirements.
