questions on amd990 series upgrade

So as i said i am about to start an upgrade of my rig. I have been looking at several 990series mobos from asus and gigabyte etc. but my budget currently is 200 or below. I really liked what i saw in the ASUS Crosshair V formula board but thought it was out of my price range. Now here is my question. This will be my 5th new rig and 5th new mobo. I have an option of ordering one from newegg 'out of box' for around 175$. But that 'out of box' term scares me. Realistically how much trouble might i have if the accessories that "may or may not" be included, are not. personally i never buy anything out of box besides an OEM DDrive or something. Any information would be great thanks. Also i do have quite a few spare cables lying around. but im afraid i wont recieve say software, or my SLI bridge or that i might get absolutely nothing but the board. idk if anyone has experience buying a mobo out of box

I would not buy an open box motherboard. Why don't you buy a Sabertooth or a M5A99X Evo instead of the Crosshair?
