New build problem

I just built this computer:
CPU: AMD Phenom X2 555 3.2
MOBO: Asus M5A87 AM3+
RAM: G. Skill 4GB (2x2) DDR3 1333 F3-10600CL8D
PSU: Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W
CPU fan: Sunbeam CR-CCTF92-4 92mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler
GPU: HIS H467QR1GH Radeon HD 4670

And it wont boot up.
I know the motherboard is getting power because the led is lit, and everything is connected, but when I hit the power button all the fans turn on for a split second and stop. The video card is getting power too because my monitor comes out of sleep mode.
I've tried resetting the CMOS jumper, tried removing the mobo battery, tried the screwdriver trick to rule out a faulty power switch, tried reseating the CPU and heatsink and tried removing RAM sticks one at a time. Nothing.

Please help

I had a unit do that to me once, and it ended up being a bad MB. But you should really follow this to the letter first:

PROBLEMS with a NEW BUILD? Try This!!

I wouldn't just assume a bad board just because mine was.

Make sure ALL of the power connectors to the mother board and GPU are plugged in.
The LED on the motherboard only means that standby power is available. The 5v and 12v
may not be working. Would suspect the PSU over the mobo since Rosewill PSU quailty can be spotty.

It could also be the G.skill ram, it's been having quality issues.
