First Time Building a Desktop -- Advice Welcome

Hey guys I'm planning on building my first computer and I could use some advice on the matter. Here is what I have so far.

HDD: Seagate 1TB @ 7200 RPM SATA

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V LGA 1155 Intel Motherboard

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost)

GPU: GIGABYTE Super Overclock Series GeForce GTX 460 1GB 256-bit GDDR5

RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2x4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866

Case: Thermaltake Armor A60 Gamind Mid-Tower Chassis with Tool-Less Installation.

Power: I haven't locked one down yet since the power isn't final...ASUS support says its at about 550 watts right now.

Monitor: I have a nice 1080p dell monitor from my old laptop with 2ms response time.

DVD/CD-RW Drive: just a cheap sata drive by sony

There...That's my exact cart on Newegg. I'm wondering if I need to buy any cables or glues or anything to make this work. Also, I'm wondering if I need any fans. So basically my question is...What else do I need before I order? Also, any recommendations on alternative hardware is always welcome (since I'm a noob at this). Thanks guys.

1. Replace the Seagate HDD with this:

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

2. Replace the ram with this:

Newegg.com - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CML8GX3M2A1600C9B

3. Power supply:

Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

Everything you need except a screwdriver will come with the case and motherboard.

Alternate video card, same performance and budget:

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE Ultra Durable VGA Series GV-R685OC-1GD Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

If you are planning on overclocking, get an i5-2500K and an aftermarket CPU cooler.
