Would these parts make a upper end/mid grade gaming computer?

Like the title says would these parts make a good upper end/gaming computer?
I plan to run windows 7 64 bit on it also. The computer will also be connected to a monitor that has only a vga/d-sub port (for now atleast)..I plan to play higher graphic games like skyrim, oblivion, battlefield 3, modern warefare ect

Basically will these parts all work togather? Will I be getting the best bang for my buck (i wanna stay under $1000), and will these parts be able to play those graphic intensive games?

Is a USB wireless adapter better or worse than a actual pci or pcie usb card?

If you cant tell i have some computer building experience its just that i really need a second set of eyes to check this over

Not with the Coolmax power supply and ASRock motherboard.

You want a Corsair (except for builders series), Antec, or Seasonic power supply to give you the proper, stable and clean power.

You want an Asus Motherboard for the quality and reliability. The Z68 is the preferred chipset at this time. It has advanced BIOS features and Intel Smart Response techology which enable ssd caching. The caching improves the performance of your spin drive that would be used for data and applications.

Stay away from XFX video cards. You should look at HIS, Asus, or Sapphire for ATI GPU's.

If you can not hardwire your Internet connection, then go with a PCI wireless card to match your router. Give us the make and model of your router and we can give you a recommendation.

Any suggestions on a psu? would a 650w be pushing it or should i just go for a 750w?
Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

Would this be a better working mobo? It has about the same features as the other one just a little more expensive
Newegg.com - ASUS P8Z68-V LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Ok, this was my second and third choice for video card:
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100315L Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130660

I'm having trouble deciphering which video card would be better their pretty close imo

Im working off a netgear WGR614 v8 54mbs, I know its not a very good router, but at this time the our dsl box is in the living room and this computer will be in a bedroom and as far as i can see theres no real way to hardwire a internet connection, though ill do some asking haha

would i be correct in assuming id only need a nic card, a modem, and a ethernet cord to plug into the phone line and the card?

Your revised choices serve you well. 650W Corsair is an excellent choice and more than enough.

You would simply run a cat5 cable to onboard lan. If running a cable is not convenient than then... gives you better reliability and security.

The GTX 560 is a stronger gaming card than a Radeon 6850. Preferred brands for Nvidia cards are EVGA and Asus.
